How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped the next day if order placed by 3pm EST.  Allow 5-7 days for processing of handmade

invitations and wholesale orders. 

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes. Wholesale orders require a resale number.  For more information on wholesale orders and retail sales send

inquiries to orders@creativesolutionsbyshawnese.com  (subject: wholesale/retail)

What kind of discounts are offered?

There is a discount offered if you would like to purchase cards for your Church/organization.  Simply send an e-mail to: customer_service@creativesolutionsbyshawnese.com and we will send you a catalog and pricing information.  

Are the cards safe to mail?

Most cards with 3-D embellishments are safe to mail in their standard envelope.  If a card requires padding

we will ship it along with your order.  

Is there a minimum sale amount?

No. Order as much or as little as you need. Every customer is important to us!

Can you make or design a card for an occasion not listed?

Yes.  If you don't see what you're looking for just send us an e-mail with your requests and we will be happy

to design you a custom card. more details

Do you send sample invitations?

Yes. Samples are 4.00 each.  Price includes postage.

Can you mail a card for me?

Sure.  We will be happy to mail your card(s) for you.  At check out there is a box where you can add notes. 

Type the SKU#, name and address of recipient and also the date you want it mailed.  There is no charge for this service.

Works great when you're running late!  If you have multiple recipient's send an e-mail to orders@creativesolutionsbyshawnese.com

after your order is placed.  Please reference your confirmation or order number, your name and the SKU#'s, names and addresses

of recipients along with the dates you want the cards to me mailed.
